Project Architect / Experienced Graduate

We are a small, friendly design focused practice that requires an experienced project architect or someone who is keen to grow and develop into an all round architect. You will need to be the type of person who wants to be involved in all aspects of the process, from initial project conception through to contract administration. We are looking for an interesting someone with a talent and an enthusiasm to bring projects to life.

We are looking for candidates who are proactive, have good time management skills, an eye for detail and work well in a team environment. You will be working alongside the Directors and gain exposure to all aspects of the project cycle.

 

Responsibilities will include:

- Working with external consultants

- Approval submissions

- Design development and documentation

- Attend site visits and meetings

 

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Enthusiasm and energy!

- Tertiary qualification in Architecture

- High attention to detail

- Strong communication skills

- NSW registration a bonus but not essential

- Must be experienced in Revit in a professional environment

- Knowledge of council codes, the NCC and Australian Standards

- NSW registration a bonus but not essential

- 5+ years AUSTRALIAN post-graduate experience

Work Type: Full Time (we are willing to consider part time roles to suit your circumstances)

Salary: Salary negotiable, based on experience
